The Fine Print: Our Warranty
Thank you for choosing Minnesota Roads & Parking Lots as your trusted asphalt contractor. As a third-generation, family-owned business, we take pride in providing our customers with durable, long-lasting asphalt paving solutions at affordable prices. Please review our terms and conditions carefully to ensure you have a clear understanding of the scope of our warranty. Minnesota Roads & Parking Lots warranties all our installation and repair services for one year. This covers defects in workmanship and materials used during the project.
Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon completion unless stated otherwise. If not paid within a week, a 10% fee will be added every three business days.
Materials and Contracts: All materials belong to MN Roads & Parking Lots unless a contract states otherwise.
Additional Repairs: Some areas might need extra work like base asphalt and soil correction, which will be assessed and proposed for approval if necessary.
Exclusions: We don't guarantee against vegetation growth, tree roots causing issues, tire marks, scuffs from power steering, cracks, or snow plows. We're not liable for concrete aprons or sidewalks due to heavy equipment use during installation.
Drainage and Sharp Objects: We guarantee 80% drainage but not against minor puddles. No warranty covers damage caused by sharp objects like cycles, RVs, or furniture.
Quality Assurance: We assure top-quality workmanship.
Workmanship: Our warranty covers any type of workmanship issues, such as asphalt thickness or compaction issues
We do not warranty the following:
- Heaving or cracks caused by ground freezing
- Heaving or sinking where new asphalt meets a fixed or permanent surface

We got 3 estimates, this being our 3rd, and decided to go with them because 1) they left the best first impression when they did the estimate 2) the estimate was lower than the other two and 3) they had good reviews. Super happy with the job they did and so glad we chose them to replace and expand our driveway!! It looks amazing (even better than in the photo) and I love that they’re a family-owned business.

I had been in Property Management for over 20 years and had worked with multiple asphalt companies. I had Minnesota Roads and Parking Lots out today to replace my original driveway, that was over 35 years old. The crew was very professional, caring, being careful of my new concrete walkway and very polite. I was very impressed with their work and how they worked together to complete my driveway. My new driveway looks gorgeous!!!!
